Hey there, Parents/Guardians! My name is Valeria Adames and this is my fourth year teaching 6th grade Math. I graduated with a Bacholer's degree in Kinesiology EC-12 from Texas A&M University at Kingsville. I really love the 6th grade because students are in a significant transition as they are starting to use skills they have previously learned, and apply them to more complex and independent learning in deeper more rigorous ways. It is the perfect time, as a teacher, to help guide students through some of the most formative years of their lives. I am honored to be a positive influence in your child's life.
