Welcome!  My name is Amanda Book, but some of you may know me by Kelley.  I grew up in Crosby, Texas which is located outside of Houston.  I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Academic Studies as well as an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Blinn Jr. College in Brenham, TX.  I am certified to teach Early Childhood- 4th grade and English as a Second Language. I also completed my 30 hours in continuing education so that I may also service the gifted and talented.

I began my teaching career in Humble ISD, where I taught 3rd grade for 2 years before moving to Corpus Christi.  I just completed my 11th year in Calallen as a 3rd grade teacher!  

I look forward to sharing my passion of teaching with my students for many years to come!
