Hi my name is Charolette and I will be your student’s 5^th grade Reading/Writing teacher.  This will be ninth year teaching and my third year at Magee Elementary.  I spent my first six years of teaching in Robstown at Ortiz Intermediate in 6^th grade Reading/Writing.  I am a native Corpus Christian that absolutely loves the beach, reading and anything outdoors.  I am a highly energetic educator that emphasizes a cooperative student based learning environment. 

I am a single mom of two AMAZING college students.  I have a son attending Texas A&M College Station who is studying Business and my daughter is working on her Master’s Degree @ UTSA.  I am VERY proud of their success.  We have a family pet, Pyper the Bulldog, who at first site, will win your heart!
