For the past 19 years, Calallen ISD has been more than just my workplace—it has been my home and the foundation of my passion for education and technology. My journey began in the 2006-2007 school year at Magee Elementary, where I served as a 4th-grade Math and Science teacher and Math Specialist. Driven by my commitment to innovation in learning, I transitioned into the role of K-5 Instructional Technology Specialist before advancing to my current position as K-12 Instructional Technology & Marketing Coordinator. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a focus on STEM, with the goal of leveraging technology to transform teaching and learning. My mission is to empower educators and students with the tools and knowledge to navigate an ever-evolving digital world.

For the past four years, I have served as an Instructional Technology Specialist at Calallen ISD, combining my passion for STEM and technology with a commitment to lifelong learning. With a background in TV and broadcasting, I discovered the transformative power of technology in education and have dedicated my career to helping teachers and students integrate digital tools effectively. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology, and my goal is to equip educators with the skills and resources they need to create engaging, tech-driven learning experiences. My role involves training teachers, developing digital learning strategies, and ensuring that technology supports—not replaces—quality instruction. I am excited to continue working with educators and students to foster a culture of innovation and digital literacy in our schools.
