Welcome to Wood River Elementary! My name is Mrs. Valadez.  I am a Texas A&M Corpus Christi graduate.  I have been teaching at Calallen ISD for 16 years.  I taught 1st Grade for 6 years and this is my 10th year as a 3rd Grade ELA Teacher.  Reading is my passion and I love teaching children. I also enjoy spending time with my family.  I have two wonderful children.  My hobbies include walking, watching movies, and watching sports. I love supporting our Calallen Wildcats!!!  GO, FIGHT, WIN!!!!! I look forward to an awesome school year!!  Welcome to 3rd Grade.
